Finally stabilized the weight with a few extra grams of protein!! Traveling again this week, so decided to bring some Protein Powder. I was wondering if it tasted good in coffee ☕️?


Monday or Legday, about the same !! 😜🥵

Warmup: 6 minutes, 10cals cardio, Red Bands, BWS, BB Squats

Strength:
• BB Squats 10x (55%)
• KB alternating rows 12x
• KB support - push-ups 10x
• 4 Rounds

Conditioning 3 Rounds
• Bike ERG 300m
• Wall Ball Rotation 10x each side
• TRX rows 10x
• DB push press 15x

Good Burn - 717 Cals!!
166.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I actually mix with hot coffee.. clumps depending on the type and quality of powder I guess. I use whey isolates usually unflavored. I mix mine with some chocolate powder, cinnamon and honey too.. ummy😋👍❣

I see your hips have been trouble. I had the same problem until I did rolling (more for my knees) and banded activation (side steps) for my hips.
