Oof. This gain is what I expected. We went to see 1917 last night and shared a large buttery popcorn. Then came home and had a croque madame with peanut butter M&Ms for dessert. The movie was powerful, very moving.

I'm going to try my best to cut back on calories today.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
