I can’t wait for supper now. Trying out a new chicken recipe I got from hubby’s grandmother. She’s one fabulous cook and I’ve learned much from her. It was easy too which is even better. You should try it out! 😉

I can't eat chicken once I look at it. I can make it for others though. I have gotten so weird and easily grossed out in my old age. LOL. I saw your chicken pic though. Looks great.

I mean I'll buy it for a recipe but be disgusted with how it looks when it's raw to the point that after I prepare it...I cannot partake. 🤮🤷🏻‍♀️

Wow Princess, I can't imagine what it would have been like for you at my grandmother's, where she went out into the yard and caught a chicken for dinner. We grew up definitely knowing the source of our food. LOL!

I'm with you dp. Raw chicken turns my stomach. And I also feel like I have to disinfect my whole kitchen afterwards, so most of the time I don't bother. However, I learned I can throw frozen chicken in my instant pot, and then I don't have to look at it until it's cooked!

To make me seem more crazy...it's more with chicken breasts than anything so sometimes I'll try to buy the little tenderloin strips because I don't see that white cartilage? Or whatever that is. I'm totally ok with bloody red meat. I love it. But chicken and eggs... Omg...just realized it's kinda the same thing. Haha. Like I just had a breakthrough in a therapy session. Chicken in any stage of life unless at a Chinese buffet where it's so battered and fried and sauced up that I wouldn't know what it was. Now that I love. Back to these legs. Regular legs...not chicken legs. 💪🏼 took Saturday off after dealing with the flood so gymin hard today. 🦵🏼

So strange at how our minds work. I used to help cut up beef, hogs, deer whatever. That was when I lived in the country no issues. 20 years later ugg no.
