I'm making terrible choices. Mr C bought a large Hershey bar that sat on the kitchen counter for a few days. I assumed he was cooking with it so I didn't touch it. Turns out he had it there just for snacking on, so I felt cheated when it disappeared. Looking at it sitting there for so long stirred my chocolate obsession, so I went to Walgreen's. They were having a Buy 2 Get 50% Off deal on M&Ms and Lindt truffles, so I went wild and bought 2 medium-large bags of peanut butter M&Ms, 1 bag of Lindt stracciatella white chocolate truffles and a bag of extra dark chocolate truffles. So after 3pm the last 2 days, I've been watching junk TV (600-lb Life and My Feet Are Killing Me) and eating junk candy. I disgust myself. The only good thing I did today was go to zumba class even though we were under a tornado watch. That's not quite enough to redeem the damage I did though. I'm definitely feeling foggy-brained and bloated. Way too much sugar.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
