So yesterday after breakfast I was feeling kind of sluggish & unmotivated. I had been taking Benadryl before bed trying to knock out some cold/ allergy symptoms for a few days. Sometimes that makes me feel a bit off. Some friends called & asked if we wanted to join them at one of our local wineries that evening. Suddenly, I felt better 😊 I think part of my sluggishness may have been brought on by after holiday blues. Anyway, we joined our friends and had a very nice evening. The winery is kind of a local hangout on Friday nights so we saw other friends there. I kind of threw caution to the wind & had my fill of wine. Then 6 of us went to a local Mexican resteraunt for dinner. I ate my fill of chips & salsa and my favorite Sopa de Pollo & a soft chicken taco. So, I went over my RDI, but I did show some restraint by drinking ice water with my meal. And party animals that we are, we were home by 9 o'clock 😀 Ice water...no dessert the rest of the evening as we watched a couple of episodes of Hell on Wheels on Netflix.

Rainy here today. I think hubby has 2 football games lined up to watch on TV. Not sure what I'm up to yet. I decided to skip the benadryl last night so I did wake up feeling less groggy.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
