Squats (DOMs big time). Warm up 45, 70, 80,90 sets of 10. Shoulder press. Warm up bar, 10, 25 sets of ten, 35s set of six and then two.

Deadlifts 90 3x5

Dumbbell shoulder press 50s 3 sets of six

Hour and half skating yesterday
223.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.6 lb a week
