okay i think all the bad food that i've been eating is really catching up with me cause i'm up another pound.. jeez, thats the worst part.. and now i'm having some financial difficulties and were trying to not spend as much on things that arent necessary and buying food is pretty expensive.. i need to find a way to not spend as much.. i feel awful about the extra weight but i miss eating candy and carbs.. and lately my finacee has been working so much that i dont even have time to go the gym cause i have to be home and take of the baby.. i dont know wat to do tips anybody...
206.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hmmm a tip for not spending too much on food. Plan each meal for the week and only go to the grocery store once a week with a list of everything you need. If you make several small trips you will end up spending more money. Try to plan meals that you can eat as leftovers the next day. I know it is harder and more expensive when you are on atkins. As for exercise - if the weather is nice put the baby in a stroller and go for a walk - great cardio. Good Luck!

If you are missing candy, there is always sugar free (not all sugar free candies) candy that you can have. Just read the labels and subtract the dietary fiber from the carbs. I eat sugar free candy once in a while and also low carb ice-cream or fudge pops (sugar free). There are sweet things that you can have, you just have to find them and limit yourself.
