Down another 1/2 lb to 144, terrific! Even better, I had a 6 month BP check, and my BP was 120/74!!! My GP is pretty pleased with my weight loss, she said I'm now in a healthy range. I did put in another 35 minutes on the Treadclimber last night. Tomorrow is going to be a challenge, though. We're having a "Meet & Mingle" tomorrow morning, which will likely be loaded with high-calorie carb treats, plus my husband wants to go by my daughter's new Condo tomorrow night. That could interfere with me getting to the gym, but I will STILL get in a minimum 20 minutes of SOMETHING for the MyPeakChallenge 2020 goal. We just gotta keep on keeping on - PROGRESS!!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
