I've been feeling really great. No brain fog or bloat. Good energy. I have been eating a Yasso popsicle or a small pastry almost daily, and I know if I can cut those out, I will lose faster and feel better. I'd love to see the 180s before the end of the month.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
