I have reversed my weekend sabotage and are showing a 2 pound loss!!!! Hubby and I were talking, and we might change our weigh in day to be on Wednesdays...especially because this seems to become our most social part of the year. I know, you'd think it would be summer...but for some reason, we eat out more in the fall with friends.

My mom is coming down on Friday night, so we'll be going out to dinner that night...and then staying all day Saturday...so again, more eating out. I'll just need to make sure I don't splurge, and be better in my decisions this time!
165.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 September 2008:
1253 kcal Fat: 22.71g | Prot: 59.50g | Carb: 228.79g.   Breakfast: blueberries, Weight Watchers Yogurt, strawberries, blackberries. Lunch: swedish meatballs. Dinner: italian pepper, onion, lime juice, lavash, ketchup, 2% american cheese. Snacks/Other: Butterscotch Hard Candy, apple, watermelon, Gerb's. more...

Good idea to switch days to Wed. Great plan. Like I wrote to livelifefully, try not to let your mood be dictated by the scale (I have to remind myself that all the time). There's too much mental power/energy going to a piece of metal (or glass depending on your model). Stick to the process and you'll be fine. Good luck!

Awesome job on the 2 pound loss!!! That's great!!! I like a Wednesday weigh-in too. It's a little kinder to me than Monday. LOL.
