My calories were up the past two days from eating out and at a friend's place. I will try to start doing vocabulary words again this week. I have been oversleeping from heavy doses of pain meds so called the doctor today. The Cortisone shots do cause hunger and I ate a bit more recently but have been happy that the past few weeks most days were well under 2000 calories...

Calories for September 6, 2010: 2100.
