Slowly inching my way back down. I'm 1 lb. up from my lowest weight in December, before Christmas. And 4.6 lbs. from my ultimate goal 😀 I saw a couple of posts last night saying they had retained water after eating pork chops & saurkraut. I was curious to see what would happen with me cause that's what I had for dinner along with turnip greens. My weight didn't go up so I guess my body didn't react the same way. I actually like salt on my food so I wonder if I'd weigh less if I cut out salt. I'll probably never know 😐

The weather has cooperated the past couple of days & I've been able to get out for an afternoon walk. It's cold but no rain. It did start to drizzle Sat. as we got close to home. The forcast had been a chance of snow flurries but we never got any.

Still eating slightly more, but trying to be conservative. I've been active with taking the decorations down....not sitting on the sofa for hours at a time. Need to keep that in mind as Winter & cold weather sets in for the next couple of months. It's easy to get into binging Netflix & snacking. That had become my downfall so I need to remember where that got me.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
