Well, I hoped to be in the 180's by this weigh in. But a 2 lb loss for phase 2 is pretty much on target. I will just keep on truckin' and should be out of the 190's by next weigh in. Things are going smoothly this time. I haven't struggled with cravings like I have in the past. I guess sticking with phase 1 for 2 weeks is just what I needed!!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing great Gracie, just keep that chart pointed in the right direction. It's a good sign that you haven't struggled with cravings. That indicates that you are finding the proper balance needed to lose weight slowly but surely (best way over the long term). I sometimes think that part of it is to keep a close watch on the amount we eat making an effort to have some of what we really want, in moderation, from time to time. Keep up the good work!

2 lbs is a great loss for one week! You will be in the 180's soon enough!

Yay, you're doing fabulous Gracie!! You have done great before and I know can do it again... so you just keep it going and you'll be in those 180's before you know it. ;o)

I saw The Women last night and enjoyed it very much. I don't remember the original at all but any movie with Annette Bening is required viewing for me (even if she just makes one of those Alfred Hitchock appearances like standing in the back of an elevator). I forgot that she also was in that movie. It wasn't Meg Ryan's best performance but they were all pretty good. I might have missed that one, thanks for the recommendation. :-)
