Yesterday I ate at 104% of goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF down 0.2% and today it has been in range for three weeks. This is the complete opposite of my post holiday experience last year. This time last year I was still gaining weight and didn't try to start cutting weight until mid January...
154.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
