I hit the gym early in the morning, did over a half hour on the elliptical before hitting weights and walking around the gym. I worked cardio, resistance and core. Not like I used to work out 10 years ago, but still a good workout. I did all that on an empty stomach. Came home, ate scrambled eggs with spinach, broccoli and pork belly. Then I spent a couple hours fixing the garage door. I ate a late lunch/early dinner of left over chicken breast and vegetables. I finished with a shot of whiskey in a glass of club soda. And I dropped 4 lbs this day, making for 8lbs in the last 3 days. I've lost what I gained on the binge between Xmas and new years.
