I ate the last of the Christmas cookies yesterday. Clean start! Salad for lunch. So far so good. Will be going to zumba tomorrow. I miss it.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
