This next week I’ll be pushing to get into the 70’s!! I am wearing size 20 jeans now and 1X/XL shirts! I need to really seriously start contemplating incorporating exercise into this diet. Anyone have any good sites to reference for a gym regime?
283.3 lb Lost so far: 64.9 lb.    Still to go: 88.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great idea Keyten! I’m right about there too 😂 I def need to start doing weights I just have no idea which ones! I’ll check with my gym to see if we have consolations. I really want to just hire an instructor but I don’t want to pay the price tag, ugh! I might just bite the bullet though and pay for 1 appointment a week or every other week.

Lol good point! I have a membership at our YMCA 😊 I need to call in and make an appt!
