Oh thank goodness it's moving already.

Craving chocolate big time. Having the scale move helps a lot with that.

Need to get refill for the Soda Stream. That carbonated water is my salvation for drinking enough water. No additives (except lemon sometimes). Good stuff.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
