Tamales and lasagna all in moderation. 😍 leg day today. I❤️ the gym. Excited to see how much I can accomplish this last week of 2019 before I remeasure on the 1st. I'm going to shoot for 182 because 179 ain't going to happen. 💪🏼🦵🏼

Thank you, Bella. I took it at work a couple weeks ago. Must have been a slow day. Currently sitting in my car working up the strength to go in. Why didn't I take the week off? Bye friends! Better get to it.😕

I’m pretty much taking the week off except for crazy busy cooking, tons of walking and busy on the go stuff, shopping etc. I thought my arm might appreciate it. Got to say, since Monday, my last workout, my arm feels awesome!! Hoping the rest will be in my favor!! 🤞🏻
