Not bad considering I haven't been tracking. Gotta get back in the habit though. Wanting to meet my first goal of 20 lbs by the end of the month.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
