So my weigh in this morning isn't as bad as I was expecting. I haven't been doing much exercising these past few days, but I have a new start. I might not get it in this morning, but I will next week.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 99.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
