I'm on a roller coaster this week 😊 Straying a bit from my WOE & eating over my RDI for weight loss. Not, stressing it. Just having fun with my family and knowing any gain will come off after the holidays.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
