Got into Xmas cookies- again.Finding this avoiding sugar challenging when people keep gifting us delicious treats.
Kids (grownup) on their way home. Soon to have four dogs and twi cats.(note to self, anchor Christmas tree).

163.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb. Still to go: 33.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope Christmas was enjoyable. Ours was in its own crazy way. Eating has been crazy for two solid days plus a tapering back day. Scale will not be my friend tomorrow morning! Take care.
