Holiday gym hours suck lol. I'm just getting into the groove and then they pull this '8am to noon' garbage on Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day...? Don't they know I'm trying to reestablish a habit?

As if we should care that the employees have families and want to enjoy their Holiday too? How unfair is that to us as paying customers? What selfish jerks! 🤬

Kidding! I'm definitely not one of THOSE lol.

Just a little bump on the road to a rebound - Tis the Season! Just gotta watch my Christmas dinner portions 😉

Man, that's tough. Sometimes I look forward to a good excuse--lol. I tried a gym briefly, but I'm too ADD to stay focused. If I go to a gym my performance drops 20-30%. I bought some plates, dumbbells, pullup bar, and some ankle weights and a mat off MP for cheap. I also incorporate a few Fitnessblender, and Athlean-X in my daily workout routines. By the time I get there and back I can be showered and done, so I prefer home workouts. Keep at it; the excuses will end soon enough.

Ours has holiday hours too :/. BUT they are having 24/7 access in February! Won’t use it but maybe some of the others will.
