okay, so last week I ate Out 3 times after doctor appointments I gained 3 and 1/2 pounds even when I tried to stay a thousand calories or less. since then the scale has stayed the same at 213.8. today I got on the scale and it was 213 on the button. that's down point eight or 1/2 pound. I'm happy about that. I hope I can keep it going down.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
