I'm doing 30 minutes + on the elliptical every day, eating smaller portions of clean food. Maximum one portion of grains, potatoes, etc per day, and keeping that to brown rice or sweet potatoes. I've cut down to one drink a day. My goal is to get below 220 by the end of January, below 200 by my birthday in July, and between 180 and 185 as my goal weight by the end of 2020.
