ChaLean's Lean Phase sure seems to be working! :D I am so sore, but it feels so good. Now I just have to work on maintenance, which is harder than it sounds. I never know when it's okay to increase my calories, because I still can't tell the difference between when I'm really hungry and when I just want to eat...
102.0 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the difference but sometimes I still want to eat anyways.... If only there was a way to taste it all and it not go in the belly

Agreed! I've tried the Mint Chocolate Chip Extra Dessert Delights Gum, thinking that could replace a hankering for ice cream... It doesn't, I swear it intensifies the craving!
