Worked out really hard this week, and no I didn't feel great. But I too am glad I do it. At the Pilates class I managed to keep up with the instructor! I only have trouble with balance moves.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
