Busy weekend with both Christmas Parties & preparation for family gatherings.
Scales are hard to follow lately, most likely due to activities & lower calories.
Made the trip to the Gym, but the Monday Morning was slow & cold 🥶. 38 degrees in SoCal is very unusual!!
