Trying to stay on track. Tough when I get discouraged, like zero weight loss, but I will not give in this time. Kids activities are picking up, so less time to make complicated dinners. I need to look more cclosely at recipes for those quick and easy ones. Feeling down today. Since I work at a school, I will try to touch base with some of those especially resiliant kids who always bring a smile to my face. Maybe I'll call my dad (mom died a year ago last July). Although sometimes talking to dad makes me sad, as I am 4 hours away. Bad time of the month!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I have a particularly busy week I try to prepare meals ahead so I don't start "grazing". Maybe you need to give up on the "complicated dinners" and settle for something simple. May help the stress level and in turn the help the whole diet plan. Good luck, keep those spirits up.
