Didn't eat a ton but I ate it late and not enough protein. Slept like a log. Reset my 5 a.m. alarm for 6 when it went off. I only sleep like this before my period so I expect another gain. Unsure why I am explaining myself and my recent gains. I guess I feel bad about it like I have to answer to everyone because I post daily. And today I'm feeling REALLY bad about it... and again- PMS related. I can't believe how my symptoms have worsened with age instead of lessening. I'm a fat, crying (did I already mention fat?) blob for like 3 days. It'll come off again. It's just sad to me today. Most days I truly don't care. Just a few days ago I didn't care... but today is a 20 degree, dark, sad day. Tomorrow will be better. Oh and leg day- which also sucks. :(
187.4 lb Lost so far: 61.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

David just came home and asked if I'm crying. To be clear- I don't cry about the scale or weight. I cry about commercials and movies and sad stuff on the news and my favorite grandma that passed away in 2011 because I miss her every day and especially today... ah... being a woman- so fun! Yes- wannabehealthier- it will! ❤

♥️♥️ It does definitely get worse with age, well did for me. Hysterectomy 🙌 but I needed it. I still cry at commercials and think about my Dad and grandma. It is so normal your just a sensitive person, at a certain time of the month😘💜💚

Awww, you sound so much like me. My emotions go up and down along with my weight. I always feel like a fat blob. Try not to focus on your weight. It does not define you. You're a beautiful compassionate woman. Wonderful wife and mother. Jesus loves you. Makes me want to sing the song. LOL. Jesus loves me yes I know, for the Bible tells me so. That's what defines you! You're doing great!

This is to all you young girls under 40. Try and get it off before 40, because it is easier to lose and maintain before 40 than it is after. And the older you get the harder it gets. Slow and steady.

My last TOM was the WORST. And I said the exact same thing- WHY is it getting worse? Exercise is supposed to help so I make sure I go but - ffs come on Mother Nature. ALSO - You dont have to justify ANYTHING to ANYONE. But, its nice to see someone else post something like this so I know Im not the only one. FINALLY - Less than 2 Weeks till Winter Solstice. The sun will return. This season hasnt been nearly as bad for me, until the past couple of days. Yesterday was hard. It was dark at 4:15 and thats dumb. Youre a badass. Keep doing what youre doing. I love seeing your progress, I love seeing peoples successes who started in a similar place to me.

Make sure you are getting good calcium and take Vitamin B - my gyno recommended that and it really helped.

Princess, I'm back to 143 lbs but I was too embarrassed to post it, again because we feel defeated when things don't go exactly like planned. Girl, you're GORGEOUS! (Never get tired of saying it) and you're an inspiration to me. Number on a scale..?! F*** them, they are just numbers and don't reflect the fighter you are. btw, we are more in sync then I though! 😚😚😚😚😚😚😚😚😚😚😚

I feel ya! It was my anniversary and I splurged just a little and gained a pound! Feel horrible about it so working twice and hard and really not feeling it! And couldn’t stand it wanted to know if it had helped any the last two days to be really strict and work harder on the excessive and what do I get another .8 increase! Which makes it worse and the only answer I have is next week I am PMS! Let the bloating begin!

I too feel like I need to explain... most of the time anyway. It’s probably so people won’t be saying ‘you’ll lose to again soon’ or great job! when I know it’s just water. Hope your pms goes away quickly as that’s no fun at all.

I'm a crier, too....but, that's OK. Anyone that weighs & posts every day will have fluctuations up & down. I know I do. If you feel like explaining why you think it went a certain direction, explain away. We all know you're doing a good job losing & getting healthier!

Good for you for still posting and weighing in. I will admit I stay away from the scale that time of month because it always leads to tears. I think you are fantastic!

Did you see the Apple Pad commercial? It had to do with their Nanny who had passed away. Brought some tears to my eyes, but happy Tears!!
