Popcorn with salt before bed. Holding onto the water a little longer :). Plus an hour workout yesterday trying to fit in last Friday’s workout and today’s workout all in one. Skipped calves and most of the extras we normally do. Wasn’t feeling it so did lower wts on squats but I went lower like sitting on a kiddie chair. Butt is feeling it today lol. Didn’t want to push it as I got cramps last week in both hamstrings and they continued to cramp for days after.

Have you ever tried tonic water for leg cramps? Pickle juice?

Nope. Don’t get them often. I think I have pickles in the fridge so if it happens again I’ll drink some of the juice. Thanks.

Yes, pickle juice helps. I cramp occasionally and it works. Great workout still! :)

But why does pickle juice help? That’s what I want to know?
