Hmmm.... Not bad considering the deliciousness devoured. I've weighed over 200# (closer to 240 on average) for 95% of my adult life so anything under 200 will ALWAYS be a thrill for me regardless if it's a gain. Leg day today! ❤️🦵🏼💪🏼

Lol... I know. I'm a liar. I thought - what's the difference? 🤷🏻‍♀️And when it showed I only had twenty something to lose...I almost pooped my pants. Never ever have I been so close to a goal or looked or felt this good. I remember feeling so terrible knowing I had 100 to lose...so daunting. 😢 And furthermore...I didn't get a red line. I'm only to green. Super stoked. Workout was awesome as usual. Thanks, peeper!

Wfn...it was Chinese food. I rarely take food pics. I'm not much of a cook and I'm pretty disinterested in what others are eating even when I support it. I assume no one is really interested in what I eat either. 🤷🏻‍♀️ but my food was very good.
