Hm, thought I'd logged the bloat, but I didn't. On the way down, we'll see if I can paste all this info in without having to reformat. Feel 90% today. It's raining like crazy, might swim anyways if there's no chance of thunderstorms. We'll see. Totally over the treadmill. Did manage to get a pack walk in, but we were a slow group, so only 18 minutes of exercise out of an hour. Life goes on.
