Up a tad today. Consumed a few more calories yesterday & mostly later in the day. I decided to have another half glass of wine while we watched The Voice in front of the fireplace in the glow if the Christmas lights. And a piece of dark chocolate 😊

I got some excercise yesterday decorating the trees. I could feel it in my back & legs last night. Ouch! And I still fit in a walk....in the 36 degree temp.

Off to the pharmacy, grocery store & to buy a gift for Book Club Christmas party tomorrow night. We are exchanging books....🤓📚🎄

Continuing with the Christmas decorating this afternoon when I get home.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
