Stretch 20/bike 26.

Feel SO MUCH better today. Plan on doing more laying stretches/resistance band later.

Disappointed that I hurt for two days and didn't hit the bike, but overall I'm glad that we skipped the huge Thanksgiving feast. You did well too! :)
