Yesterday was a lift day and the kids came over for a Thanksgiving redo. I ate at 102% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.4% and is 0.2% out of range...
156.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
