friendly555's Journal, 31 August 2010

Okay so it looks like I lost 3 pounds, but really its just because I changed my scale. I am also weighing myself undressed. So I don't really feel like I've accoplished anything...I just lost 3 pounds of clothes. That's okay this is a fresh week, and I will feel more accomplished next week.

I'm back from my walk. I take my 10 year old, my 3 year old (in the stroller still sleeping) and my dog. My 10 year old is at a point where everything is negative. He's greiving too, but in a much different way than me. He doesn't show saddness, just anger. He's been seeing a counselor but took the summer off. Hopefully he will be starting up again soon.

On a lighter note... My legs are hurting from working out, I guess that's a good thing. All I'm doing is walking, push-ups, sit-ups and the Biggest Loser Fittness card game. That game is really hard. It sure does get your heart pumping.

I've been drinking my water everyday. I'm doing reallly good at keeping track of my food intake and exercise. I still haven't decided on a starting point for my minimum and maximum calories each day. Every site I go to it tells me a different thing.

Happy tuesday everyone! See you all soon! ~Donna
