Thanksgiving damage report: Went to Lake TOK buffet with SIL and nephew. Filled a plate with a little of everything plus banana pudding for dessert. Enjoyed it immensely. On the long ride home, got cheetos and Reese's mini cups. Ate those till nauseous. Repenting today.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
