Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!! I have so many reasons to be thankful. As we enter the holiday season I wish everyone well...

Yesterday was a lift day. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF is down 0.1% and is in RANGE!!!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
