Hit 261.0 this morning and 260.1 after working out. Finally broke out the treadmill... the weight loss thus far has been all diet. I'm seeing myself slow down as I go for the last 40 lbs., so adding exercise (which I should have been doing anyway).
260.1 lb Lost so far: 64.9 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
