Not sure what is going on with my body. I was "good" yesterday but it's holding on to some water or something.

Hubby came home with a sub sandwich from the grocery deli. Nutrition info....1000 calories for the whole sandwich. He said he was going to eat it all but cut it in half & said I could have the other half. I cut that in half for a late lunch & it was plenty. Dinner was the rest of the pork tenderloin from a couple days ago & asparagus. I roasted the asparagus in the oven so threw in a few mini peppers for additional flavor. The sub sandwich had some vinegary salsa for flavor included, I told hubby would be good on scrambled eggs so at his request we had cheesy scrambled eggs to try it out this morning.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
