Looks like my fun afternoon with the family didn't survive without a rise on the scales. I'm not freaking out...just a little dissapointed. I didn't go crazy, just eating little bits of the food offerings & a small slice of chocolate cake. I did have 1 glass of wine, then switched to water. And dinner was 1 slice of pizza & salad. But, I chose to have wine with dinner....and a second glass called my name 😐 Oh, well....I have a feeling I'll be seeing more of these ups & downs during the next few weeks as we move into the Holidays. I don't plan to eat uncontrollably, but I do plan to indulge a bit. Guess that's what we call real life 😊
151.6 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
