I am amazed. I've been on keto forever and yesterday had 100 grams of carbs. we ate turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes and gravy and cranberry sauce at a restaurant. I'm in shock that my weight was the same this morning. my blood sugar was only up a few points. that also was a shock.

Yes, restaurant eating always throws me off. We had lot of company yesterday and I had a big spread of food on two tables. Blew it again. Okay tomorrow is start over day. Just like Groundhog Day movie. You keep waking up until you get it right. LOL thanks binky
