I really need to lose 5 lbs to accomodate the heavier clothes I am wearing. Now I am back on the Atkins plan. My will power is very poor and the bread thing is calling me loudly. I hope I can get through a good week of low carb so the craving will be gone.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thank you liv001 I need all the encouragement I can get. Weight loss is not just losing the initial weight, but maintaining the loss(which is a lot harder) the rest of your life.
