Head & chest cold but don't feel too bad. Dog has been restless every night, jumping on and off bed and whining, so my sleep is poor. Got up at 5:30am today. Will resume gym when I'm done coughing. Eating too many calories the last few days. I can do better today.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
