Day 79 and nothing has changed.....but to an extent it is a good thing....no gaining, that makes me happy! I need to go back to Phase 1 so that I can see the results, but I keep saying that...I need to JUST DO IT!! Me and my husband have both started to play softball and volleyball again for the summer months and it is so hard to eat healthy when you are not at home every night, but I am going to do it! I am going grocery shopping tonight to load up again...I am so ready to loose again. I still feel really great and people tell me that I look good, so that makes if defiantly worth wild! I wish everyone the best of luck! We can all do this!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so good!! Hey, also sometimes it helps to have a bunch of veggys and fruit already prepared and in small plastic ziplocks, and then when you go out just grab a few, veggies are good because they dont need refrigeration as much as fruit does. Or you could have a bunch of apples so that you can grab and go!!

I am sure the soft ball and volley ball will help and you will probably want to eat right! Lucky you have a husband who likes the same sports as you!
