Mitzig's Journal, 11 September 2008

I know I should feel proud of the changes I have been making. I get up an hour earlier every morning, (At least by 5:30am) and I either run 2-3 miles or I use the eliptical for 30-40 minutes. I have also been eating perfectly. Even when I make the kids a really yummy breakfast (like biscuits and gravy!) I still make my protein smoothie. I then have tuna and a large salad or quoinoa and beans. My dinners are VERY good as well. Usually chicken and edamame or fish and tons of veggies. I have cut out all soda as well. My energy is high even though I only sleep about 4-5 hours a night. BUT my weight is not coming down........
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow, you are making me tired! You are doing all the right things. We all go through trying and trying and the scale not cooperating. It will break through for you though and give you a loss soon. When we do what we are supposed to do, it will come off! Just keep at it!!

Even though you are doing all this you still need a good nights sleep. At least eight hours that's why when you go on to put your exercise there it says eight right of the bat. Try sleeping more.

Holy Cats! WAY TO GO! I think a bit more sleep for ya, to give your body a bit more rejuvie time, and you'll be set! You SO impress me here! I better get my butt in gear here...How are the crunches going?? So far so good here...my kiddo's laugh at me when I do them until I make them do them with me...HAHA! Great day to ya!!
