So tired today. Had to take my whiny dog out twice in the middle of the night. He wasn't sick, just restless. I have to try out the zumba class today though. Then off to mom's to meet sis to watch the ballgame.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
