My shirts are getting baggy and loose, I had to move to the very last notch on my belt today, and...

I gained one pound. Not really sure how I pulled that off, but I did.

I'm not at all upset that I gained a pound since I managed to lose inches at the same time... I'm just sort of confused as to how it happened. Anyway, its a minor fluctuation so I'm not worried about it.

(random thought) Maybe I've found a super diet. Gain pounds and get skinny! LOL

I'm thinking about signing up for a 3 mile race/fun run with my brother. It's on Thanksgiving morning (a good way to burn off some calories before the big meal), and I found a local running store that also offers a beginning runner class that leads up to that race. I'm thinking about joining so I'll have a good reason to run (running burns more calories than just about any other exercise).

Another good reason to join a starter class... I ran a 5K with my brother a few months ago with minimal training and nearly collapsed when I crossed the finish line... but I still beat a lot of skinny folks. LOL

The beginners running course sounds awesome! Once I've dropped maybe 50 pounds and have gotten in the swing of really working out more I'm definitely going to look for something like that. Good job on the inches lost!

All I can say is...sign me up for the Super Diet!!! LOL. J/K. Congrats on the inches - isn't it just awesome when you shrink out of your clothes?!? Always makes me smile! The run sounds like a wonderful idea! Another thing to think about is that if you run, you're probably less likely to over-indulge at dinner that afternoon! At least for me, after I exercise my body tells me not to over do it. I get nausiated if I try to eat more than a 'normal' portion of things after exercising. Good luck with that - and with your progress, think of where you'll be physically by the end of November anyway - AWESOME!! :)

I think it is a GREAT idea /0!!! Go for it!! You have been exercising a lot. The gain is probably muscle mass since you lost inches. Go you!!! You Break that gamer steroetype wide open!!!

Sima, my gamer buddies are actually getting annoyed with me breaking the stereotype. Last night we were playing the new SOCOM beta and at 8pm I told everyone I had to go workout and plan my meals. They all freaked out on me. LOL
